All services are provided to the best of our ability based on the conditions at the time of the service call. We reserve the right to decline service in situations that are deemed unsafe for our technicians or equipment.

Service Area

We primarily serve Nashville, Tennessee and surrounding areas within an approximate 80 mile radius. Long distance towing may be available beyond this area depending on availability and scheduling. Service availability may vary based on demand, weather conditions, and technician availability at the time of your request.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing is communicated prior to or at the time of service. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time without prior notice. Failure to provide payment after services have been rendered may result in further action.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate location information, vehicle details, and a safe environment for our technicians to perform the requested service. A1 Roadside Assistance 24/7 is not responsible for delays or complications caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

A1 Roadside Assistance 24/7 will take every precaution to handle your vehicle with care. However, we are not liable for any pre existing damage, mechanical failures, or conditions that are present before our technicians arrive. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the service rendered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a trip fee at our discretion.
